Include the RelayPBX release, Community or paid edition, Cloud or Self-hosted deployment, operating-system version, the smallest safe reproduction sequence and a redacted error. State what you already checked. Replace domains, numbers, IP addresses and identifiers when they are not essential to the diagnosis.
