Before debugging a vendor template, verify the selected manufacturer and exact model, assigned extension, transport, VLAN reachability, DNS, NTP and whether the device fetched configuration successfully. Share only the failure category and timestamps. Never post a provisioning URL, token, MAC address or rendered configuration body.
Accepted sequence: confirm device profile and extension assignment, inspect the categorized fetch history, verify network prerequisites, then generate a provisioning preview in a controlled tenant. Rotate the provisioning token if it may have been exposed.
